Emmett T.Millslagle, 81, of Kewanee, Il. died Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at Hillcrest Home, rural Geneseo, Il. Emmett was born October 30, 1929 in Kewanee the son of Daniel and Lucille (Gardner) Millslagle. He attended Kewanee Schools. Emmett served in the Army during the Korean War. He was employed in construction in the Kewanee area.
Emmett enjoyed raising birds and was a member of the Kewanee Pigeon Club.
Surviving is a son Randy Millslagle and a daughter Gwen Walker of Kewanee, Il., a nephew Tom Millslagle of Savanna, Il. and two sisters Margaret DeSpain and Ethel Ruzas.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, November 4, 2010 in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Kewanee, Il. Pastor Dan Craig will officiate. There will be no visitation.
