Jacqueline Renna “Jackie Ellis” Mitchell-Maples, 59, of Kewanee, Il. died at 7:43 P.M. Saturday, August 11, 2012 at OSF St Francis Medical Center in Peoria, Il.
Jackie was born December 9, 1952 in Kewanee the daughter of William “Bill” and Charlotte (Anderson) Swanson Oliver. She graduated from Wethersfield High School in 1971.
Jackie married Terry Maples on December 29, 2010 in Kewanee. He survives along with two daughters Cori Ellis of Galesburg, Il., Charlotte Mitchell of Kewanee, three sons Travis Mitchell of Yukon, Ok., Ty and Tray Mitchell both of Kewanee, seven grandchildren and one brother Kevin Swanson of Kewanee. She was preceded in death by her mother.
A Homemaker, Jackie was a member of the Kewanee Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed jewelry, decorating, gardening, her swimming pool and spending time with her grandchildren.
Cremation will be accorded. Funeral services will be private. There will be no visitation.
